Our festival site is an indoor, fully-seated performance space. When you arrive, our staff will be able to guide you to your seats and point you towards our bars and facilities.

How do I book tickets?
Tickets for all shows can be booked via our ticketing partner See Tickets here
To book, simply choose the event you would like to book for, select your preferred ticketing option, choose the number of tickets you want, and follow through with the payment. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will get an order confirmation email sent to your inbox.
How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with your e-tickets from See Tickets. Please have your e-ticket barcodes ready upon arrival so that they can be scanned.
What if I can no longer attend?
All tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by the promoter. Please refer to our T&Cs here
Do I have to print my tickets? No, our ticket scanners on-site will be able to read the barcodes of your tickets stored on your phone
I haven’t received my tickets on email! If there’s nothing in your spam folder, then please contact See Tickets - our ticket provider - with your booking info and they’ll be ready to assist you.
What is the difference between Premium and Unreserved seats?
Premium seats are allocated and located at the front of the auditorium for the best view. The unreserved seats are unallocated, so be sure to arrive early to grab a cocktail and get the best seats!
What is your age policy?
Under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult. Babes in arms are welcomed too, but we may have to ask you to move seats if there’s a disruption caused.

When can I arrive for each show?
Timings for all shows are listed below, and doors and show start times will be listed on your ticket.
For your own and everyone’s safety, security checks and bag searches will be conducted as you enter the event site so please allow additional time.
THURSDAY
7.30PM SHOW: Doors 6pm, Show 7.30pm to 10pm.
FRIDAY
7.30PM SHOW: Doors 6.45pm, Show 8pm to 10.30pm.
SATURDAY:
1PM SHOW: Doors Noon, Show 1pm to 2.45pm.
4PM SHOW: Doors 3.15pm, Show 4pm to 5.45pm.
7.30PM SHOW: Doors 6.30pm, Show 7.30pm to 10pm.
SUNDAY:
4PM SHOW: Doors 3pm, Show 4pm to 5.45pm.
7.30PM SHOW: Doors 6.30pm, Show 7.30pm to 10pm.

Is there food and drinks served on-site?
We have three bars on site, bringing you incredible Caribbean cocktails, plus wine, beer and non-alcoholic options too. We don’t have any food available, but there’s plenty of brilliant dining on offer in the local area!

We offer complimentary essential companion tickets for those who cannot attend on their own.
We are able to accommodate wheelchair users by removing our chairs, providing a comfortable and sufficient space.
There are no steps at the festival site, with any cables covered by a ramp.
There is no event-specific parking but there are blue badge bays on the nearby roads. The festival site is around 50m from the nearest parking bay.
There is no event-specific parking, the nearest public car parks are Peckham Town Centre (Cerise Road, SE15 5HQ), or Choumert Grove (SE15 4RB). There is also nearby on street parking on Bournemouth Road (SE15 4UJ).
If you need a quiet space away from the arena during your time at the event, please speak to any member of staff who will be happy to assist .
Assistance animals are permitted: we will require proof of their registered status. Please contact us in advance.
